Karlynzies Kakes LLC is a home-based business which operates under the Texas Cottage Law. The products are made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or local health Department; however, we follow all food safe guidelines and is certified with Texas food safe department of State Health Services. Our appliances and kitchen are inspected annually for cleanliness and operative service purposes with our terms with our leasing office. All baked goods are contained with eggs, milk, bleached wheat flour, and white sugar for allergen purposes. Icing is made with gluten free powder sugar. If there are any allergies that we need to be aware of please let us know as soon as possible before order is started. We ask for 30 days' notice for large custom orders, and 3 to 14 days' notice for any other orders. There will be a 50% nonrefundable deposit due within 48 hours after invoice is sent to secure date only for orders made 30 days in advance. Any orders made within 3 to 14 days must be paid in full before order is started. Customer may make changes to order before deposit is made, any changes made after will require a $10 convenience fee. Final payments are due 2 weeks before event and any changes will reflect on final payment. No order will be considered until deposit is paid. If final payment isn't paid by due date one reminder email will be sent. If no response order will be fortified along with a cancellation email on why order was declined due to nonpayment. ***Please note any orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Payment must be made by 11:59pm on the day of inquiry and again if payment isn't paid by the schedule time, order will be canceled. ******* Refunds are not provided for any reason. Due to our full schedule, planning and preparing before beginning on a cake. *****Delivery charge***** is a 1.50 per mile. Delivery fee will be included in total. A delivery location must be determined before final payment is rendered so price change can will reflect on balance due. ****Effective immediately**** There will be a transportation charge to all orders of $5.00 of 5 miles or less to drop off location. *****Inspiration Photos**** are highly recommended, however may not be exact considering another baker created that design and cannot be duplicated precisely. *****Shipping Charges***** $16 Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and will be added to order. ****Rush Fee**** $25 upcharge Only cookies can be ship and they are baked and shipped the same day and mailed through US postal service as a 2-day priority, customer is provided with the tracking information either via text or email once product is shipped. Special Instructions: Any cake placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat. Karlynzies Kakes is not liable for a cake once it has been delivered or picked up. Strawberries may sit out in room temperature for up to 10 hours. If placed in the fridge for too long, condensation will occur and cause strawberries to sweat or leak and can get white and chalky. You'll want to enjoy them within 48 hours, however, can be kept in the refrigerator for several days when stored properly. (Cover them in wax paper and store in an air-tight container so that the fruit won't go bad. Please look over invoice and confirm via text message, or email.
